This finely aged spirit’s journey begins within hours of the sugarcane harvest. In the heart of a picturesque Caribbean estate, it is promptly pressed into fresh, natural sugar cane juice and placed into Oak Bourbon barrels.
After an ideal resting time, each barrel is tasted and only the best is masterfully chosen for the final, ultimate aging process in a transatlantic voyage to France. On arrival, this precious cargo is transferred to Cognac barrels where it completes its maturation in the world-famous French Cognac cellars.
Savor this complex, luxurious OLD RUM neat, over rocks or in an elegant and classic cocktail.
The OLD RUM is aged in Oak Bourbon barrels. After tasting of each barrel, only the best are sent to France for an ultimate aging method through its trans-Atlantic voyage. Purified spring water is then added before the final assemblage and bottling by our friends in the heart of the Cognac region.

2 oz of Old Rum
4 oz of Ginger Beer and lime zest
VI Old Fashioned
2 oz Old Rum
1 teaspoon sugar
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange twist
Place a large ice cube into a glass tumbler. Add the Old Rum, sugar, bitters, and stir until fully mixed. Garnish with an orange twist.
